We manufacture our demountable container systems and spreaders in Hapert, near the Belgian border. For sales, maintenance and repairs, we have a successful, well-established network of dealers around the world. So there is always a dealer near you.

Sales

Our dealers know our demountable container systems and spreaders like the back of their hands. That means they can give you great advice on the best options for you. This allows you to put together a container handling system that suits you 100%. But that’s not all. Our dealers will also install and maintain your systems and explain how your product works. We are happy to get you in touch with a dealer near you.

Service

Our dealers take care of the maintenance and repairs of your demountable container systems and spreaders on their premises – or yours – whenever possible. Ask your local dealer about our maintenance packages. Is special maintenance necessary? Then we are ready to help you at our own location in Hapert.  

Spare parts

We expect our dealers to be easily accessible and to offer fast help for our customers. Of course, the same applies to us. That’s why your dealer can order spare parts for your container system quickly and easily via our dealer portal. Thanks to night distribution, they are delivered to our dealers before 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. the next morning. For international orders, deliveries are no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. That means your VDL container handling system will be back in top condition in no time.

We also stay in close contact so we can transform real-life questions and challenges into the best demountable container systems and spreaders for you. In other words: safe, efficient and as sustainable as possible. With faster than light service, we keep your systems in optimal condition.

Selection

Our dealers are an extension of our company. To become a (premium) dealer, they have to meet a number of requirements. This gives us the confidence that they have the knowledge and expertise to help you in the best possible way. That means that they:

  • Know the local market like the back of their hands
  • Have in-depth knowledge of (our) demountable container systems and spreaders
  • Are trained to independently provide the set-up, service and repairs according to our high quality standards in their own workshops
  • Are easily accessible
  • Offer fast, transparent and honest communication and advice
  • Are fit to represent our brand and our position as the market leader in the Benelux

Training

We provide training to our dealers at multiple points throughout the year. This programme covers our products, the construction of our systems, and the service we expect from them. We train them in both theory and practice. The certificate that dealers receive from us after completing the training programme is proof that they can meet our high quality standards.

Communication

All dealers have access to our dealer portal. They can find up-to-date information here quickly and easily. That means the latest technical specifications as well as the order status. Spare part serial numbers can be used to find and order spare parts in just a few minutes. Our technical account managers are in daily contact with our dealers. For example, they are there to answer questions, support specific customer requirements or get feedback.
